Serve meals and drinks to residents in dining areas and bar, ensuring courteous, efficient, and accurate service.
Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks following standard recipes, and manage drink inventory.
Enter resident orders into the computer, charge accounts, and maintain an attractive display of bottles and glasses.
Summary of Responsibilities:
The Bartender is responsible for the courteous, efficient and accurate serving and delivery of meals and drinks to residents in dining areas and bar.; maintains a pleasant atmosphere in Dining Areas and all other areas within the Highlands property. Provides professional service during normal serving times and during special events. Must be able to serve “up” drinks, mixed drinks and blended drinks, create monthly drink specials and interact well with the population. Knows and follows PLCB rules and regulations. Promotes positive attitude and mentoring services to waitstaff 1 members. Also, when needed training new staff members.
