Job Description We are seeking a Hogan Banking Software Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Core Banking, IBM mainframe technologies, and Hogan modules and a proven ability to deliver scalable and reliable banking solutions across deposits, loans, customer information, and core operations. Responsibilities: Design, develop, maintain, and enhance applications within the Hogan Banking platform. Develop and customize Hogan modules to support core banking operations. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and enhancements. Build interfaces between Hogan and external systems using APIs, middleware, messaging, and batch processing. Support deposit, loan, customer, and account servicing applications. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes. Participate in upgrades, release management, performance tuning, and deployments. Develop batch jobs, reports, file interfaces, and automation processes. Collaborate with QA on testing, defect resolution, and production validation. Experience with batch processing, file transfers, and job scheduling. Experience integrating Hogan with enterprise and third-party banking systems.
