Location: Boca Raton, FL 33432
Position Summary
The Assistant Community Association Manager supports the daily operations of a luxury condominium association by delivering exceptional resident service, ensuring compliance with Florida condominium statutes, coordinating administrative and capital projects, and assisting with the management of a luxury high-rise building. This position requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to assist in managing multiple priorities in a high-service environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and respond promptly and professionally to homeowners, residents, vendors, and guests.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable Florida condominium statutes, governing documents, board policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and assist in managing administrative projects, board meeting preparation, official records, and resident communications.
  • Support building operations, maintenance programs, inspections, preventive maintenance, and capital improvement projects for an aging high-rise community.
  • Oversee daily security operations, including access control systems, resident and vendor credentials, visitor management, incident reporting, and coordination with security personnel to maintain a safe and secure community.
  • Coordinate vendor activities, contracts, insurance certificates, and project schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records, track deadlines, and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
  • Assist the Community Association Manager with board initiatives, financial administration, and operational objectives .

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in condominium, HOA, luxury residential, hospitality, or property management (FSR Preferred).
  • Working knowledge of Florida condominium operations and statutory requirements; knowledge of Florida Condominium Act (Chapter 718, Florida Statutes) preferred.
  • Experience with security operations and electronic access control systems.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to be resourceful using available technologies, and programs.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
