Summary:
POSITION OVERVIEW
A Social Worker - Two is a Social Worker who has obtained a Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services-related field and has obtained a Certified Social Worker License. A Social Worker-Two is certified professional representative of the Ho-Chunk Nation who is responsible for assisting the families CFS serves with exemplary customer service in order to begin the steps to resolving past traumas. The Social Worker-Two will have a professional knowledge or willingness to learn about the Ho-Chunk Child and Family standard operating procedures and processes, in addition to gaining knowledge of Ho-Chunk values and culture, intergenerational and historical trauma. The Social Worker-Two position applies best social work practices for working with children, adults, families and elders in collaboration
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
1. Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field required.
ESSENTIAL:
1. Valid Social Work license or certification through State of Wisconsin.
2. Must maintain a valid Wisconsin driver's license and insurance.
3. Completes all documentation in a timely manner.
4. Must promote a positive, non-abusive, healthy lifestyle.
EXPERIENCE:
1. One (1) year of experience demonstrating working knowledge of social work or related field of practice is preferred.
