Job description

Windows Kernel Driver Engineer

We're looking for a Windows Kernel Driver Engineer to build and debug high‐quality kernel‐mode and user‐mode drivers and system services at the hardware / firmware / OS boundary. Develop and debug Windows drivers (WDM/KMDF) and system services. Diagnose complex issues using kernel debugging and crash dumps. Drive quality, validation, and release readiness (HLK, signing). Add telemetry and diagnostics for fast, remote issue resolution. Collaborate with hardware, firmware, IHVs, and Windows teams.

What we're looking for: Experience with Windows drivers or low‐level system software. Strong kernel debugging skills. Solid C/C++ expertise. Comfortable working across hardware and firmware boundaries. Ownership mindset and strong collaboration skills.

Nice to have: HLK/HCK, release pipelines, telemetry, automation. Secure driver design or device bring‐up experience.
