ย Red Pulley Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Systems Integration ย specialist to support the ICE Health Service Corps (IHSC) Health Information Technology Unit (HITU) Enterprise Health IT Staffing and Professional Services Support program. This role supports IHSC's HITU IT modernization by coordinating, validating, and supporting systems integration efforts across platforms, applications, and data sources, focusing on enabling interoperability and ensuring alignment of vendor-delivered and internal systems with IHSC architecture, security, and operational requirements.


This position follows a remote delivery model supporting IHSC/HITU, consistent with current program operation; occasional on-site work at Government facilities may be required as directed by the COR, with reasonable advance notice.

  • Clearance: Public Trust - Preliminary and Complete Fitness Determination Required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • Working knowledge of systems integration principles, including application interoperability, data exchange, and interface design
  • Experience supporting integration of enterprise IT systems, including coordination between front-end applications, back-end services, and data platforms
  • Ability to assist with design, configuration, and testing of system integrations under senior technical guidance
  • Familiarity with API-based integrations, event-driven architecture, data feeds, and system-to-system communication methods

Requirements

  • Familiarity with EHR system integrations in a federal or clinical environment

  • Support development and maintenance of systems interfaces by coordinating with vendors and internal teams
  • Collaborate with Solution Developers, Business Analysts, and Data Engineers to ensure technical solutions align with functional requirements
  • Support integration testing, validation, and acceptance activities
  • Document integration architectures, interface specifications, and data flows
  • Assist in identifying and resolving integration defects, data inconsistencies, and performance issues
  • Support system enhancements and modernization initiatives involving multiple interconnected systems
  • Ensure integrations comply with security, privacy, and governance requirements
  • Participate in change management and release activities related to integrated solutions
