Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the building and restoration of a hospital parking garage. This position requires full-time, onsite presence in Washington, DC. You will manage two contractors, each with their own superintendent, and be responsible for overseeing project documents and financials.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the construction and restoration of a hospital parking garage.
  • Oversee two contractors, each with their own superintendent.
  • Handle all project documentation and financial aspects.
  • Ensure the smooth coordination and progression of construction projects.
  • Manage change orders and coordinate with subcontractors effectively.
Essential Skills
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience with interior renovations and exterior projects.
  • Strong knowledge of full-phase construction projects.
  • Proficiency in managing RFIs, change orders, and project coordination.
  • Expertise in commercial construction and subcontractor management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Familiarity with general construction practices.
Work Environment

The role is fully onsite in Washington, DC, within a renowned healthcare general contracting company.
