Join rockITdata as an Infrastructure / Technical Integration Coordinator supporting one of the nation's largest federal healthcare modernization initiatives. In this role, you'll coordinate the technical integration of enterprise healthcare systems, ensuring applications, infrastructure, networks, cloud environments, and supporting technologies work together seamlessly throughout implementation and deployment. You'll collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, testing, deployment, and Government stakeholders to support successful system integration, technical readiness, and production implementation.
This position is ideal for a technically minded professional who enjoys solving integration challenges, coordinating cross-functional teams, and helping deliver secure, reliable healthcare technology solutions that improve care for our nation's Veterans.Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate technical integration activities supporting enterprise healthcare modernization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and application development teams to support system integration efforts.
  • Support implementation of interfaces, application connectivity, and enterprise interoperability across multiple environments.
  • Coordinate infrastructure readiness activities, including server, network, cloud, database, and application dependencies.
  • Monitor technical implementation schedules and integration milestones while tracking risks and dependencies.
  • Support Configuration and Integration Testing (CIT), deployment planning, and production readiness activities.
  • Facilitate technical working sessions, design reviews, integration planning meetings, and implementation discussions.
  • Maintain technical documentation, interface specifications, integration diagrams, and implementation records.
  • Assist with troubleshooting technical integration issues and coordinate resolution with appropriate technical teams.
  • Recommend process improvements that strengthen systems integration, implementation efficiency, and operational reliability.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
  • Five (5) years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, systems integration, application implementation, or technical project coordination.
  • Experience coordinating enterprise application integrations across cloud, network, database, and infrastructure environments.
  • Familiarity with enterprise networking, cloud computing, systems architecture, and healthcare interoperability concepts.
  • Experience supporting AWS, AWS GovCloud, Azure, VMware, Windows Server, Linux, or enterprise infrastructure technologies is preferred.
  • Experience supporting HL7, FHIR, REST APIs, web services, or healthcare systems integration is preferred.
  • Experience supporting Agile, DevSecOps, or hybrid software development methodologies is preferred.
  • Experience supporting VA, VHA, DHA, or other Federal healthcare organizations, health IT, telehealth, or Federal program management is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, technical documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Level 3 Public Trust clearance.
