How You'll Make an Impact

  • Lead and deploy factory quality strategies and Quality Improvement Plans (QIP) aligned with business objectives.

  • Champion a strong safety culture by integrating HSE best practices into quality activities.

  • Drive customer satisfaction by incorporating Voice of Customer feedback into quality initiatives and improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements, regulatory standards, and global quality expectations.

  • Lead Quality Management System, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and testing processes across the factory.

  • Analyze quality performance data, establish KPIs, identify trends, and drive corrective and preventive actions.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies and structured problem-solving.

  • Develop, coach, and inspire quality teams while strengthening cross-functional collaboration and accountability.

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of quality management experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role within manufacturing.

  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance practices.

  • Proven success leading cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma principles.

  • Excellent analytical, root cause investigation, and risk management skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build partnerships across all levels of an organization.
