What You'll Do
As a Team Member, you'll be the reason guests leave with a smile. You'll:
  • Serve up milkshakes, sundaes, chocolates, and joy with consistency and flair
  • Share our story and products while providing exceptional customer service
  • Help guests discover new favorites through sampling, recommendations, and upselling
  • Keep our shop organized, clean, and stocked (from retail shelves to freezers)
  • Support fun seasonal promotions and displays
  • Ensure food safety and cash-handling practices are always followed
  • Jump in as needed to keep the team moving smoothly
