Job description

This position is a part-time, temporary position filled each semester on an as-needed basis.
Major Responsibilities include:
• Maintain a safe lab environment
• Maintain lab equipment (3D printers, Desktop Printer, Large Plotter, Laser Cutters)
• Assist students in the operation of equipment and lab activities
• Lab projects
• Maintain logs
• Maintain materials
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma required; good communication skills; ability to work independently
• Familiarity with Design Projects
• Familiarity with 3D printing
• Familiarity with printing
• Basic CAD knowledge (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Fusion 360
• Basic troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with 3D printing, including changing settings and experimenting with different techniques
• Experience with editing printing settings
• Advanced CAD knowledge (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Fusion 360
