Job Title: Sales Representative Luxury Residential Windows

Location:New York City, NY (Work Across All 5 Boroughs)

Office based in the heart of Manhattan!

Pay Rate:$70,000$80,000 Base (DOE) + Commission ($100k/yr OTE)


Overview:

Step into an elite opportunity with a premier boutique firm leading New Yorks luxury historic remodeling and window restoration market.


Hunt and own your book of business and partner with homeowners, designers, architects, and builders on projects that define NYCs iconic skyline and classic architecture.


Youll be the face of our craftsmanshipdriven brand, building pipelines, closing highvalue contracts, and setting the standard for exceptional client experiences.


Strategic & Tactical Sales Execution

  • Hunt and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, selfgenerated prospecting, and targeted outreach.
  • Convert inbound leads and build your own highquality pipeline.
  • Conduct consultative meetings, present tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts on custom solutions.
  • Manage handoff to Project Management.
  • Deliver superb product knowledge and consultative solutions for custom wood, steel, and specialty windows.
  • Use Monday.com, Slack, Dropbox, MS 365, and Expensify to track leads, manage workflows, and scale sales operations.
  • Represent the brand with sophistication in client meetings, trade events, and industry engagements.
  • Drive revenue against a strategic target of $2.5M+ in firstyear contract sales.
  • Expand average project size into the $75K$100K range to maximize individual commission growth.


Compensation & Perks:


  • Base Salary: $70,000$80,000 DOE
  • Commission
  • 5% on jobs below $20K net project margin
  • 3% on jobs above $20K net project margin
  • Realistic 1styear earnings: $20K+ commission with strong upside

Must Haves

  • Proven success inconstruction saleswindows/doors, millwork, home fixutres, bathrooms, building materials, architecture, or GC selling
  • Genuine hunter mentality with selfstarter drive

  • Ability to consistently close full sales cycles

Nice to Have

  • In Home - B2C sales experience preferred
  • Background in consultative or longer sales cycles
