Typical responsibilities include contributing to ongoing development projects, attending team meetings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams like QA, product management, and design. You'll likely participate in code reviews and be assigned both individual and group projects to build your technical and problem-solving skills. This experience not only helps you learn industry best practices but also prepares you for more advanced roles within the organization.
