We are currently seeking Night Auditors available to start immediately-come grow with us!
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist guests during overnight check-in and check-out
  • Complete guest registrations, secure payments, and verify or adjust billing
  • Confirm guest information, room rates, and room selections
  • Create and code electronic room keys
  • Assist guests with reservations and requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
  • Address guest concerns by researching and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction
  • Provide consistent, high-quality guest service
  • Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations whenever possible
  • Implement creative solutions while adhering to brand standards
  • Run the Night Audit process each night with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel offerings, including:
    • Hotel services and amenities
    • Room categories and rates
    • Packages and promotions
  • Build strong, professional relationships with guests, clients, and groups
  • Provide knowledge of the local area to assist guest inquiries

Skills & Experience:
  • Guest service experience preferred
  • Professional, mature, and reliable - a must
  • Previous hotel experience a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team player with excellent organizational skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
