Job description

NOW HIRING: FORGE HELPER

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Forge Helper to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. This position will assist with the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of forge and die-making equipment while helping ensure products meet customer specifications and drawing requirements.

The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing experience, strong attention to quality and safety, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of die-making equipment.
  • Set up dies and trimmers for production.
  • Produce test parts for inspection and approval prior to production runs.
  • Monitor parts throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Follow drawings, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
  • Communicate production or equipment concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of manufacturing or operations experience required.
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Strong analytical and practical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with management and team members.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work well with others.
  • Strong attention to detail and product quality.
  • Ability to work safely in a manufacturing/forge environment.
