About the Role:
Kyle Nichols Shelter Insurance is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Insurance Account Representative/Agent Trainee in Senatobia and Holly Springs, Mississippi to market insurance and provide financial services.  This is an exciting opportunity to start a career in the insurance industry if you are a motivated self-starter, enjoy a small family/teamwork environment, and want a position with opportunity to advance, then we would like to talk with you! 
Responsibilities:
As an Insurance Account Representative/Agent Trainee, you must be highly organized and detail-oriented while also having a positive personality. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to interact in a knowledgeable and professional manner with customers and other Shelter departments. 
Requirements:
  • Sales and/or Insurance related experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Solid time-management and multitasking abilities
  • Active property, casualty, and life/health insurance licensure in Tennessee and/or Mississippi
