Hiring Immediately – In-Person Job – Alvarado, TX (USA).

Positions available: Full-Time & Part-Time.
Pay: $13–$18/hr depending on experience.

Schedule: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM | 5.5 Days/Week (including weekends as needed).
Work Environment: Cold — you will be working in 32°F coolers all day.
Job Requirements – Read Carefully Before Applying:
  • Must pass a background check – No felonies, no exceptions.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must have reliable personal transportation (NOT dropped off or carpooled)
  • Must be able to lift 50–70 lbs consistently.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for 10+ hours/day.
  • Must be able to work in a cold environment (32°F cooler) all day.
  • Must follow strict food safety protocols.
  • Must show up on time, every day, ready to work — this is not a desk job.

Job Duties Include:
  • Cutting, weighing, and packaging raw meats.
  • Processing, cutting, and packaging fruits and vegetables.
  • Heavy manual labor in cold conditions.
  • Following all food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Fast-paced, physical work – this is not for the unmotivated.
