Job Responsibilities
• Supervises work activities in assigned area. Responsible for the construction of rough and finished carpentry. Maintains cohesiveness of department through various administrative duties. 20 %
• Member of bomb squad and fire brigade. Responsible for the maintenance of adequate inventory of materials and supplies. Exhibits a positive, cheerful attitude toward customers. Uses proper telephone procedures in a courteous manner. Anticipates and/or responds to customer needs. Takes ownership of problems. 20 %
• Is a team player. Adheres to established BHS dress code at all times. Is prompt and reliable. Keeps noise level in public and patient areas low. Consistently leads by example. Supports organization and department to others. Inter-disciplinary involvement in problem solving. 20 %
• Consistently leads by example. Inter-disciplinary involvement in problem solving. Informs supervisor of activity status and inability to meet expectations. Readily provides supervisor with new information and suggestions as necessary. 20 %
