Job description

We're looking for a Digital HIPAA Auditor to join our Compliance team in Miami. You'll assess client websites, applications, and digital infrastructure against HIPAA requirements, identify gaps, and deliver clear remediation guidance.This role is ideal for someone with deep compliance expertise who can translate complex regulations into actionable steps for technical and non-technical teams alike.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct thorough HIPAA compliance audits of client websites and digital systems.
  • Identify privacy, security, and data-handling gaps and document findings.
  • Produce clear audit reports with prioritized remediation recommendations.
  • Partner with engineering and client teams to guide remediation efforts.
  • Stay current on HIPAA regulations and evolving compliance standards.
  • Develop and refine audit checklists, processes, and documentation.
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in HIPAA compliance, auditing, or healthcare data security.
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules.
  • Experience auditing websites, applications, or digital infrastructure.
  • Excellent written communication for producing clear audit reports.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
