Job description

This is an onsite position at Ascension St. Vincent's Riverside.

As our HIM Associate, you will help ensure patient health information is accurately captured, indexed, and maintained through efficient document imaging processes that support timely access, compliance, and continuity of care. Every day you will prepare and scan medical records and other clinical documentation into the electronic medical record, index and quality-check imaged documents for accuracy and completeness and protect the confidentiality of patient information while following established HIM policies and regulatory requirements. To thrive in this role, you must be highly detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working with technology, and able to manage repetitive processes with accuracy and consistency in a fast-paced environment.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $16.61 - $22.95 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
