Hilton Foundation, founded in 1944 and one of the world's largest philanthropic foundations (having awarded more than $4 billion in grants to date, including nearly $353 million in 2025), is hiring an Investment Analyst to join its Investment Team. The team manages the Foundation's approximately $8 billion portfolio and reports to the Chief Investment Officer. The Investment Analyst Program is a structured three-year, generalist role with exposure to world-class asset managers across all asset classes.**Key Responsibilities**- Research and evaluate potential new investments, including participating in manager meetings, leading quantitative analyses, and evaluating fund documents- Monitor the existing portfolio, maintain internal databases, and develop portfolio monitoring tools- Execute ad hoc research projects with the Investment Team- Assist in quarterly preparation of materials for the Investment Committee, including performance disclosures, asset allocation recommendations, and investment manager hiring proposals- Represent the Foundation in interactions with the investment community**Qualifications**- 0-3 years of professional experience with a bachelor's degree and strong academic performance- Interest in investing; CFA program sponsorship offered- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, or willingness to develop them- Excellent oral and written communication skills- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed- Adherence to a strict code of ethics, including restricting personal investments to index and mutual funds**Compensation & Location**Based in the Foundation's Westlake Village, CA office, on a hybrid schedule (three days in-office, two days remote).
