Job description

Llano / Hill Country National Bank is searching for a motivated individual to work as a member of LNB’s loan administration team responsible for a wide range of duties helping customers and supporting other staff members.

The specific roles of this position include:

  • Accurately process loan payments and advances with correct transaction codes in timely manner with high accuracy
  • Handle loan payments and advances for large customers (borrowers and depositors) daily based on long standing agreements with the bank
  • Process and review loan payoffs in timely manner and follow through to completion
  • Process and review lien releases in timely manner and follow through to completion
  • Perform loan booking, data entry, and maintenance to bank’s core operating system
  • Prepare loan documents that represent the legal agreement between the bank and customers with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Act as the bank’s representative to review and execute loan documents with customers
  • Scan and archive those documents into bank’s digital storage platform
  • Monitor insurance coverage as needed for each loan relationship
  • Assist in documentation and lien perfection processes
  • Review various reports to ensure proper item posting, GL balancing, etc.
  • Provide phone and in person support to customers and internal staff related to various loan products/services
  • Provide other clerical and administrative support for loan officers and loan administration officer
  • Other duties and training as assigned

Water Street (US Hwy 281 South), Burnet, Texas; Hill Country National Bank branch, located at 400 Panther Drive, Marble Falls, Texas. In addition, Llano / Hill Country National Bank has an in-store bank branch in the Lowe's Market located at 104 W. Young (State Hwy 29 West), Llano, Texas.
