Job description

Highland Chateau Health and Rehabilitation Center is a Residential Health Care Facility that provides the highest levels of quality care through continuous improvement, and the involvement of the interdisciplinary team and the entire community. Highland Chateau Health and Rehabilitation Center responds to the rights, needs, and concerns of its residents, families, and staff by creating a caring environment in which each person is respected for his or her individuality and treated with kindness, dignity, and respect.

Highland Chateau Health and Rehabilitation Center is recruiting for CNA candidates Full-time and Part-Time to become a part of our team!

HOURS:

AM: 6am-2pm

PM: 2pm-10pm

NOC: 10pm-6am

The duties of the Certified Nursing Assistant include but are not limited to:

  • Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines

  • Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance with the facility’s nursing policy and procedure

  • Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Current CNA certification through Minnesota

  • Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form

  • Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy

  • Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents
