Qualifications:

  • Certification: Have ARF Admin Certification (nice to have), be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and maintain certification, certified in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI)
  • Management: Successfully manage and supervise staff, assist with training new staff members, fill in for staff callouts
  • Medication and Inventory Management: Competent in Medication Management, complete inventory management
  • Data and Compliance: Understand and ensure the completion of all data requirements
  • Scheduling and Meetings: Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, attend weekly management meetings, attend biweekly meetings with support services
  • Teamwork and Housekeeping: Work well in large teams, ensure house cleaning duties are completed
