Our eDiscovery Staff Attorneys gain valuable experience working for prestigious clients worldwide. Successful Attorneys must demonstrate the ability and strong desire to thrive in an environment that provides excellent client service at the highest professional level.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deploy state-of-the-art tools and techniques to review, analyze, categorize, and code large datasets during the course of litigation and investigations.
  • Support Pillsbury's world-class case teams and industry leaders in eDiscovery.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree and a Juris Doctor degree (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
  • Current member, or willing and eligible to become a member, of the Tennessee State Bar.
  • Hands-on experience with large scale document reviews, predictive coding workflows, project management.
  • Detailed understanding of discovery law, including the jurisprudence of attorney-client privilege and work-product protections.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong technical and analytic background; comfortable with statistical metrics and the use of spreadsheets and infographics.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
