Valet Living is seeking a Bilingual Operations Recruiter who thrives in a high-volume, fast-moving environment. This role is all about building a strong pipeline of part-time talent across multiple markets and keeping the hiring engine running. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Operations leaders, owning the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing, screening, and selecting to guiding candidates through offer and pre-boarding. Success in this role comes from staying organized, acting with urgency, and consistently finding and engaging the right people at scale.

Compensation & Work Environment Details:

  • Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000
  • Target Annual Bonus: 6% of base salary
  • Work Environment: This is a remote position supporting operations across the western U.S. Candidates must reside in Houston, Dallas, Denver, Phoenix, or Las Vegas and be available to work a schedule aligned with Pacific Time to effectively support hiring activity and operational partners in the region.

What You'll Do:

  • Targeted Recruitment: Collaborate with regional leadership to proactively assess staffing needs and create customized recruitment strategies for each market.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring the right talent is hired for part-time positions across multiple locations.
  • Screening & Evaluation: Review candidate applications and conduct phone screenings to evaluate qualifications, work experience, and fit.
  • Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and professional candidate experience by delivering clear, accurate information about the company and roles.
  • Sourcing Excellence: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, industry contacts, and professional associations, to attract talent.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing hiring demands, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure strict adherence to EEO/ADA guidelines, and maintain accurate records of candidate evaluations and interactions throughout the recruitment process.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and market dynamics to continually refine and improve recruitment strategies.
  • Offer Management & Onboarding: Manage the offer and pre-boarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the company.
  • Follow-Up & Feedback: Regularly check in with hiring managers to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make adjustments as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages (speaking, reading, and writing), is required.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in full-cycle recruitment, with experience managing high-volume hiring across multiple locations.
  • Labor Law Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor and employment laws, ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Multi-Tasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to build strong relationships with regional leaders and candidates, while understanding operational needs and company culture.
  • Problem-Solving & Proactivity: Demonstrated ability to independently identify challenges and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)-Workday experience preferred.
  • Travel Willingness: Ability to travel up to 10% of the time based on business needs, with a valid driver's license.

The final compensation offered will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's location, level of experience, and skill set. As such, it may fall outside the range listed above.
