Executive Personal Assistant to HNW Principal, Boston, Mass/Hybrid.

A HNW principal based in Boston seeks a true right hand Executive Personal Assistant to manage his dynamic personal and professional life with polish, discretion, and sophistication. The principal is the founder of an entrepreneurial company focused on health, oversees a family office and owns multiple properties. You’ll serve as a high-touch force multiplier, managing competing priorities, protecting time, and elevating execution across every aspect of the principal’s world. This is a strategic, high-visibility role for someone who can seamlessly operate across business and personal matters with sound judgment, exceptional follow-through and a sophisticated “high touch” mindset.

About the Job

  • Serve as trusted gatekeeper; manage calendars, priorities, and commitments across personal, business, and family office matters.
  • Prioritize inbox, craft emails and correspondence;
  • Coordinate complex domestic/international travel with detailed itineraries
  • Manage day-to-day operations across multiple properties, including maintenance, vendor oversight service standards, and recordkeeping.
  • Oversee and support one property currently under construction, helping track details, timelines, decisions, and coordination with vendors and project partners.
  • Liaise with family office contacts and external stakeholders.
  • Manage personal logistics: errands, appointments, reservations, and lifestyle support with a high-touch service mindset.
  • Handle expense reports, credit card payments, bill pay, purchase tracking, and statement reconciliation.
  • Plan and manage curated dinners, private events with polish and sophistication.
  • Lead special ad hoc projects:
  • Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality with a solutions-first approach.
  • Base Salary, Bonus, Comprehensive Healthcare, 401K.

About You

  • 8+ years supporting a HNW principal, family office, or entrepreneurial founder; family office and/or start-up experience strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Significant experience managing multiple properties;
  • Sophisticated eye for detail, design, aesthetics
  • Uncompromising discretion, judgment, and follow-through; responsive, resourceful, and reliable.
  • True “right hand” mentality with a force multiplier orientation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office. QuickBooks and experience with AI productivity tools A PLUS
  • Strong project, property, and event management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Warm, engaging and polished with a “can do” attitude that is equally comfortable handling executive-level coordination, property operations, and refined personal support.
