Compensation: $6,000/month

Employment Type: Full-Time (1 weekend day required)

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead our regional sales team and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and is passionate about coaching teams to exceed sales targets in a high-ticket sales setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, support, and motivate a team of Patient Coordinators and Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed performance goals
  • Analyze individual and team KPIs to identify trends, address performance gaps, and implement effective sales strategies
  • Deliver structured training programs and ongoing coaching to align the team with high-ticket sales standards
  • Conduct regular reviews of sales call recordings to ensure quality, compliance, and improvement opportunities
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic initiatives
  • Propose and execute new ideas for revenue generation, cross-selling, and service enhancement
  • Maintain consistent availability across communication platforms (phone, Slack, WhatsApp, email, SMS) to provide real-time support
  • Ensure adherence to established workflows and continuously improve operational efficiency
  • Set a strong example of professionalism, ownership, and accountability

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in high-ticket or consultative sales environments
  • Strong coaching, communication, and team development skills
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret and act on performance metrics
  • Comfortable managing multiple communication tools and platforms
