They identify at-risk students, provide academic and personal support, and connect students with resources such as tutoring or counseling. Their goal is to improve graduation rates by addressing barriers to success and encouraging students to complete their high school education. Graduation coaches often collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to create individualized plans for students in need.
