We seeking High School or higher experience umpires for a Baseball Factory tournament in Hoover, Alabama.
If you have a passion for sports and enjoy working with athletes, this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
  • Officiate sports games, ensuring fair play and enforcing rules
  • Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and spectators
  • Resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise during games
  • Know general rules of baseball, softball, flag football, or other sports
  • Be flexible to adjust rules based on individual park or league rules
  • Ensure the safety of all participants during sports events

Skills:
