Job description

Titan is a leading national electrical contractor with locations in Florida, Georgia, Texas, North Carolina, Tennessee, and South Carolina. Jointly responsible with the Project Manager for the overall success of any project. As part of our team, you oversee multiple crews and implement the installation of large-scale high-rise residential projects. You manage work sequencing, interpret blueprints and schematics, and ensure safe and timely completion of all projects.

This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, and our ideal candidate possesses significant prior experience organizing and administering multiple crews on large work sites. You should have ample experience with high-rise installation and construction processes, as well as experience with blueprint reading, electrical schematics, wiring, conduit work, and thorough knowledge of workplace safety practices.
Responsibilities
  • At least 5+ years' experience managing field crews and operations on commercial electrical projects.
  • Ability to read and understand construction blueprints, specs, conduit work, workplace safety practices, and contract documents to fully understand electrical scope of work, scheduling, and contract requirements.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills

Qualifications
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate, often through subordinate personnel, the daily activities concerned with the construction of commercial projects from inception and ground-breaking through completion. Participate in construction activities while maintaining schedules, budgets, safety, and quality control.
  • Enforce safety rules set forth by Company, OSHA, local codes and all governing authorities.
  • Conduct owner and subcontractor walk-throughs and prepare punch-lists.
  • Regularly provide project reports, documentation, technical assistance, support, and collaboration.
  • Monitor and enforce daily cleanup of jobsite.
  • Planning and installation of electrical systems
  • Planning and controlling the labor costs
  • Establish workflow and sequences to ensure project remains on track.
  • Position involves standing for extended periods of time. An employee must be able to communicate effectively in a typical field environment with an above standard level of noise. Occasional sitting, bending, walking, and lifting is also required. The employee will be required to visit multiple construction job sites, which may expose the employee to dirt, dust, uneven surfaces, outdoor weather conditions and extreme temperatures.
