We are looking for a Senior Manager, Performance Marketing to lead HireRight's global digital growth engine.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and scaling our digital acquisition, conversion, performance measurement, and marketing technology strategy.

You will oversee the end-to-end digital marketing ecosystem—from paid media and website performance to analytics, reporting, and marketing technology—ensuring Marketing delivers measurable business impact and contributes to consistent and high-quality pipeline and revenue growth.

You will lead specialist teams responsible for Web, SEO, and SEM execution while partnering closely with Growth Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Revenue Operations to drive performance across the customer journey.

Please note this role is hybrid, 3 days onsite per week, based in our office in Nashville, TN office.


Define Global Performance Marketing Strategy

  • Own the global performance marketing strategy across paid media, web, SEO, SEM, analytics, and marketing technology
  • Align digital investment and channel strategies to pipeline, revenue, and growth objectives
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and conversion across the customer journey
  • Establish performance goals, KPIs, and measurement frameworks across all digital channels
Lead Digital Acquisition at Scale
  • Own global digital acquisition strategy across organic and paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and emerging channels
  • Guide market expansion, budget allocation, and targeting approaches across and channel performance across regions to maximize pipeline contribution and ROI
  • Partner with Growth Marketing and Strategic Marketing to support regional demand generation and strategic program activation
  • Continuously evaluate new channels, technologies, and growth opportunities

 

Own Web as a Conversion Engine

  • Set the corporate website strategy as a growth and conversion platform, not just a brand asset
  • Lead web experience, user journey, and conversion optimization initiatives
  • Establish and prioritize website roadmap, information architecture, and digital experiences aligned to business objectives
  • Drive a structured testing and experimentation program to improve engagement and conversion
Lead Marketing Analytics & Performance Reporting
  • Establish a performance measurement framework that connects marketing activity to pipeline, revenue, and business outcomes
  • Develop executive-level dashboards, reporting, and performance insights
  • Partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations to strengthen attribution, forecasting, and performance visibility
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations that inform investment and GTM decisions
Own Marketing Technology & Digital Operations
  • Oversee the marketing technology ecosystem and roadmap
  • Partner with Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations and IT to improve platform effectiveness, integrations, automation, and data quality
  • Evaluate new technologies that improve marketing efficiency, performance, and scalability
  • Ensure marketing systems support business objectives and future growth
Build and Lead a High-Performing Team
  • Lead and develop teams responsible for Web, SEO, and SEM
