About the Role:
Choate Engineering Performance LLC is looking for a skilled Cylinder Head Technician to join their team in Bolivar, TN. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-performance engine environment where precision craftsmanship and technical expertise are valued every day. Responsibilities:
  • Disassemble, inspect, and rebuild cylinder heads for performance and OEM applications
  • Perform valve jobs including grinding, lapping, and seating valves to spec
  • Conduct pressure testing and leak-down inspections on cylinder heads
  • Measure and machine components to precise tolerances using shop equipment
  • Identify worn or damaged components such as guides, seals, springs, and seats
  • Reassemble and quality-check finished cylinder heads prior to delivery or installation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the shop
Requirements:
