At Sunrise Senior Living, we champion the quality of life for all seniors. As a Life Enrichment Manager, you create personalized Life Skills experiences that foster purpose, familiarity, and meaningful moments for residents living with memory loss.
What You'll Do:
Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities
Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines
Organize small groups and enrichment clubs
Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities
Document participation per quality standards
Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies
Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement
Assist residents to and from programs and activities
You help residents experience purpose, connection, and dignity through structured, resident-centered programming.
What We're Looking For:
1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors
High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability
Experience leading group activities preferred
