Production Concrete Workers are apart of our Production team and handle the setup, stripping and pouring of Concrete to create panels/slabs that are then shipped out for the purpose of building parking garages, sports complexes and office/retail buildings. If you are looking for a rewarding career with opportunities for growth & lots of overtime, and no traveling consider joining our team at Springboro, Ohio.

Positions start at $20.00/hr. and can increase based on previous relevant work experience.

Start time are either 5:45AM, 8:00AM or 9:00AM, Monday-Friday. No traveling involved, everything is done at our property in Springboro, Ohio.

Over time/ time and a half is paid after 8 hours worked each day.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Reviews prints with attention to detail
  • Pouring Concrete
  • Sets up forms using a tape measure
  • Places steel in forms
  • Uses the bolt cutters to cut the mesh
  • Utilizes concrete saws to cut strand
  • Handle oil sprayers to spray oil into forms

Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:

  • Prior construction, roofing, hardscaping or similar background is required
  • Comfortable operating measuring tape to 1/16th of an inch
  • Good with taking instructions, taking feedback, and working as a part of a team.
  • A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED)
  • Basic math & measurement skills needed as well as knowledge of various hand, power & measurement tools
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team environment are critical
  • Prior concrete and/or construction experience is helpful, but not required
  • Familiarity with reading blueprints a plus!
