Job description

Night Auditor

The Night Auditor plays a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy and guest satisfaction during overnight hours. This position reconciles daily revenue, prepares reports, and serves as the point of contact for guest services, maintaining operational continuity between shifts.

Conduct daily audit procedures in compliance with hotel and company standards.

Verify and follow up on wake-up call requests.

Balance and reconcile cash receipts and transactions, ensuring timely deposits.

Reset front office systems and operations for the upcoming business day.

Serve as Guest Service representative and Manager on Duty overnight.

Operate the PBX system during the audit shift.

Participate actively in front office meetings and training sessions.

Greet and assist guests with a welcoming and professional demeanor.

Other duties as assigned.
