Job description

Job Summary: The Dishwasher ensures all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are clean and sanitized. This role also maintains the cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing area.
Required Availability: 40 Hours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (Weekdays 4pm-Midnight, Weekends 4pm-1am)

Key Responsibilities: *but not limited to

  • Cleaning: Wash dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, and pans.
  • Storing: Sort and store clean items in their proper places.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep dishwashing area and kitchen clean, including floors and surfaces.
  • Equipment Care: Check and maintain dishwashing machines and report issues.
  • Sanitizing: Follow all health and safety guidelines.
  • Assisting: Help with food prep and other kitchen tasks as needed. (Example: Breaking down boxes and taking out the trash, keeping the restrooms and hallways tidy)
  • Compliance: Follow all restaurant policies and health codes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous dishwasher experience is required.
  • Skills: Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
