Line Cook – Sports Bar Kitchen

Hide Out Sports Bar | Clinton, MO

Full-Time or Part-Time | Nights & Weekends Required

Job Summary

Hide Out Sports Bar is seeking a dependable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. This role is responsible for preparing high-quality menu items, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen station, and helping ensure fast and consistent food service during busy game nights and peak hours.

Our kitchen focuses on great bar food, speed, and consistency, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and timing matter.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, communicates well with the team, and can stay organized while handling high-volume service.

What You’ll DoFood Preparation & Cooking

• Prepare and cook menu items with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail

• Ensure all dishes meet presentation, portion, and quality standards

• Maintain consistency with recipes and kitchen procedures

Station Setup & Kitchen Organization

• Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation

• Assist with prep work, ingredient preparation, and food storage

• Rotate inventory and assist with receiving deliveries when needed

Kitchen Operations & Teamwork

• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and front-of-house team members

• Work efficiently with teammates to maintain strong service flow

• Stay calm and focused during high-volume shifts and busy game nights

Food Safety & Cleanliness

• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

• Maintain a clean kitchen and workstation throughout the shift

• Properly store, label, and rotate ingredients
