Job description

Join the team at Earth at Hidden Pond, an award-winning farm-to-table restaurant nestled in the woods of Kennebunkport, Maine. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Busser who takes pride in creating a seamless dining experience for our guests. As part of our collaborative front-of-house team, you'll play an essential role in maintaining a clean, organized dining room, supporting servers, and ensuring every guest enjoys the warm, elevated hospitality that Earth is known for. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of a team that values excellence and genuine service, we'd love to meet you.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Must maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and co-workers
  • Engaging in clear, consistent communications with leadership and restaurant staff
  • Must know how to prioritize and respond in a timely fashion
  • Ensure that each customer is served efficiently and effectively
  • Bussers must know the basic food ingredients of each dish
  • Must be able to interact with others easily

Guest Service:
  • Meets or exceeds restaurant guest satisfaction measures and provides exceptional guest service
  • Proactively relay all customer interactions and complaints to the Manager on duty
  • Must be a good example while working alongside team members

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Any other duties assigned by Supervisor
  • Must be able to be on feet for the entire length of shift
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
