Roles and responsibilities in this position are: 

  • Cleaning swimming pools and spas.  
  • Maintain proper chemical balance for pools and spas. 
  • Inspect pool equipment and perform minor repairs. 
  • Openings and closing pools and spas. 
  • Assisting with services, projects, and repairs.  
  • Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis.  
  • Managing and operating your own maintenance truck 
  • Make sure assigned jobs are complete and quality of service exceeds customer expectations. 
  • Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner. 
  • Comply with all company policies and regulations. 
  • Strive to improve job skills and develop the potential for upward mobility. 
  • Other duties as assigned.
