Roles and responsibilities in this position are:ย 

  • Cleaning swimming pools and spas. ย 
  • Maintain proper chemical balance for pools and spas.ย 
  • Inspect pool equipment and perform minor repairs.ย 
  • Openings and closing pools and spas.ย 
  • Assisting with services, projects, and repairs. ย 
  • Ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis. ย 
  • Managing and operating your own maintenance truckย 
  • Make sure assigned jobs are complete and quality of service exceeds customer expectations.ย 
  • Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner.ย 
  • Comply with all company policies and regulations.ย 
  • Strive to improve job skills and develop the potential for upward mobility.ย 
  • Other duties as assigned.ย
