With extensive experience certifying tens of thousands of homes nationwide under programs such as ENERGY STAR, LEED, NGBS Green, EarthCraft, FitWel, and Green Globes, Our Client is committed to delivering cost-effective, high-performance building solutions.

Position Summary

Our Client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Technician to support on-site building performance testing, energy audits, and green certification inspections for residential and light commercial projects. This role will focus on evaluating building energy efficiency, conducting diagnostic testing, ensuring compliance with energy codes, and working closely with project teams to meet sustainability and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct energy audits for new and existing residential/commercial buildings.

  • Perform blower door testing, duct leakage testing, and other building diagnostic evaluations.

  • Complete field inspections to verify compliance with energy codes and green building certification requirements.

  • Analyze energy efficiency measures and recommend practical performance improvements.

  • Prepare detailed inspection reports and communicate findings to clients, builders, and design teams.

  • Collaborate with construction and design teams to ensure projects meet energy efficiency targets.

  • Support quality assurance initiatives and proactively identify building performance issues.
