Requirements
Daily responsibilities will include:
  • Assist with vehicle maintenance and repair: Support experienced technicians in diagnosing and repairing vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, etc.), but under supervision.
  • Basic vehicle inspections and maintenance: Perform general vehicle inspections and simple maintenance tasks like oil changes, tire rotations, brake checks, and battery replacements.
  • Communicate effectively with team members: Assist in communicating minor diagnostic findings to the service team, without the direct responsibility to update customers.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace: Help ensure the work area is kept clean, organized, and safe, under the guidance of more experienced technicians.
  • Participate in training sessions: Engage in training and mentorship to learn technical skills and stay informed about changes in automotive technology.
  • Adhere to safety regulations: Follow all safety protocols and assist with the proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
