Yours Truly Home Care & Nursing is seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated home health care team. We are a local and family owned provider of home care & nursing services in the Greater Richmond area.
In this role, you will provide one-on-one, personalized nursing care to clients in the comfort of their homes.
Join us in delivering nursing care while growing your skills under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families in your community.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver tailored nursing care aligned with each client's care plan.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, under RN supervision.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and report any concerns or potential risks.

  • Manage and organize medical supplies, including reordering as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Current and valid LPN license in the state of Virginia.
  • CPR Certification
  • Completed TB Test
  • Valid Driver's License and Social Security/Birth Certificate
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience in home health, residential, or long-term care
Preferred Experience:
  • Care for pediatric, geriatric, or special needs clients (e.g., tracheostomy, ventilator care).
  • Strong soft skills: compassion, reliability, attention to detail, and communication
  • BLS Certification (preferred)

Technical ability to operate and maintain medical equipment and follow clinical procedures.
