JOB SUMMARY
  • The Clinic Director of Business Services is responsible for the overall operations of the Business Office which includes, but is not limited to: billing, collections, customer service, and reimbursement. It is the Clinic Director's responsibility to ensure the continuous, effective operation and the continuous improvement of the activities of Business Services. Ensures integration of departmental services with the hospital's overall functioning to meet established organizational goals.
