WHAT THIS JOB ACTUALLY IS
----------------------------------------
You are the first voice a customer hears when they call about radon. Your job is to take that call, build enough trust in the conversation that they feel confident booking an appointment, and hand them off to the sales team ready to go. That's the most important thing you do.
The rest of the role is coordination and follow-through: scheduling across sales and production, handling admin tasks, managing the CRM, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. The job is varied. No two days are exactly the same. The process is defined - your job is to run it well and protect the quality of every customer interaction.
----------------------------------------
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
----------------------------------------
Lead Conversion
Answer inbound calls and convert them to booked appointments. Follow up on unsold proposals by phone. Run QA surveys after every installation. Speed matters - leads that sit go cold.
Scheduling and Coordination
Manage the calendar across sales and production. Balance travel, appointment time, and crew logistics. When a job gets posted for scheduling, you respond within 5 minutes.
CRM Ownership
You live in the CRM. Leads, notes, follow-ups, status updates - all accurate, all current. If it's not in the system, it didn't happen.
Admin and Office Tasks
Homeowner packets, state reporting, deposits, accounts receivable, check processing, and general office upkeep. Detail-driven work that has to be right every time.
----------------------------------------
WHO DOES WELL HERE
----------------------------------------
- Genuinely enjoys talking to people and is good at it
- Follows the process - doesn't freelance or skip steps
- Moves with urgency - doesn't let things sit
- Switches tasks without losing track of what's open
- Precise with details - paperwork and data entry done right
- A team player who doesn't need to be the center of attention
----------------------------------------
BENEFITS
----------------------------------------
- 50-60% company-paid health insurance
- HSA with up to $1,000 company match annually
- Retirement plan with 3% company match
- Life insurance included
- Voluntary dental, vision, and disability coverage
- PTO accrual starting day one
- No nights, weekends, or holidays
