Location: Burnet, TX
Shifts: Overnight Shifts Tuesday and Thursday
Salary: Competitive Pay, starting at $15.00 - $16.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team and provide high-quality care for elderly individuals. You will play a vital role in enhancing their quality of life by helping with daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Provide mobility and transfer support to ensure comfort and safety
  • Offer medication reminders
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
  • Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe environment
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Document and report changes in client conditions to the supervising team
  • Encourage participation in recreational activities and social engagement
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times

Qualifications:
  • Willing to work a MINIMUM of 20 hours per month required
  • Must be willing to use our integrated platform for documentation and time tracking
  • Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
  • Passionate about helping elderly individuals and making a difference in their lives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting and mobility assistance
  • Dependable, Patient, Empathetic, and Trustworthy
  • Must maintain confidentiality and follow instructions
