About the Role:

The 2nd Shift, Monday-Thursday 4:30pm-2:30am, Paint Line Helper plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of the paint line during the evening shift. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing or production line environments.
  • Willingness to work the 2nd shift schedule consistently.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or paint line environment.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and protocols related to paint operations.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude to assist with minor equipment adjustments.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up and preparing the paint line for the 2nd shift operations.
