With its JamLogic software, Ver-Mac Inc. enhances its offer by providing automated, real-time traffic management solutions to improve the safety of workers and road users and promote mobility.

Job Description:

  • Apply powder coat to parts;
  • Mix and prepare painting equipment according to needs;
  • Assist/Calculate paint quantities;
  • Coordination of parts in the correct location for pre-paint and post-paint;
  • Visually inspect painted part for imperfections;
  • Make liquid paint touch ups when necessary;
  • Move parts that need to be sandblasted into sandblast room;
  • Take parts out of sandblast room once completed and move to paint booth;
  • Clean the sandblast booth and ensure grit is being recuperated;
  • Coordinate as necessary to meet sand blast/paint needs;
  • All other duties as assigned;

Desired skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience with powder coat painting;
  • Knowledge of metal preparation processes for painting;
  • Experience mixing paint quantities;
  • Experience working with powder coating/ liquid paint tooling;
  • Experience applying liquid paint;
