In this role, you will:

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual counseling sessions through video conferencing, ensuring accessibility and convenience for your clients.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Develop comprehensive and client-centered treatment plans that effectively address the mental health goals of each individual.
• Assist clients in gaining insights into their emotions, behaviors, and relationships while facilitating personal growth and fostering resilience.
• Monitor client progress and support them in developing healthy coping strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health concerns.
• Document therapy sessions and treatment plans with minimal administrative burden, allowing you to focus on client care rather than paperwork.

Your primary focus will be serving stable, low-acuity adults who present a diverse range of mental health challenges. By engaging these clients through thoughtful dialogue and tailored approaches, you’ll help them enhance their quality of life and improve their mental health outcomes. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure that every client receives holistic care, leading to sustainable improvements in their emotional well-being.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid, full license to practice independently in your field, including:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• No limited or provisional licenses; a clean disciplinary record is required.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong ability to empathize and connect with clients on a personal level.
• Strong computer literacy skills, which will be essential for navigating our user-friendly therapy platform.

While two years of experience in a mental health counseling setting is required, candidates with more extensive backgrounds in various therapeutic approaches or specializations will be favored. Experience in remote therapy or telehealth services is also advantageous.
